This Autumn Winter 2011 show was a special collection for Michael Kors, he is celebrating thirty years in business. It is pretty amazing that he has been doing virtually the same thing (simple, classic, fairly minimal American sportswear) for thirty years, and yet he still manages to stay relevant. I am not surprised that Kors was once creative director at Céline, but I guess the timing wasn’t right. A lot of these pieces would sit perfectly next to Philo’s recent Céline collections: gorgeous, minimal luxury clothing that looks expensive. Congrats to Kors for 30 great years.
I love…
I loathe…
