“She’s a posh girl gone a bit bad, living in a manor, who’s thrown her duffel coat over her evening dress to go out for a smoke”. (Vogue.com) This was the quote that Emma Hill used to describe the Mulberry girl this season. Well, we are off to a bad start that that quote is so ridiculous, silly and pathetic. A girl living in a a manor? NO ONE lives in manors anymore. But aside from that embarrassing quote, the collection was actually quite nice. Lots of soft tailoring, pretty day dresses, and great outerwear pieces, all very “English countryside.”

a very unflattering shearling coat dress.
dogs on the catwalk. I hate gimmicks.
