Call me old fashioned, but I don’t believe in making dresses out of plastic bags, and so therefore I wasn’t a fan of about a quarter of this Marc Jacobs collection. For me, the tailoring at the beginning stole this show, jackets and coats had interesting pocket details and sleeve cuffs featured strange but heavy fringe trims. The rest was the usual Marc Jacobs hodge podge, lots of fun little dresses and weird combinations. Aside from the plastic bags, this collection was actually pretty nice.
