I do like Erdem‘s signature ladylike floral dresses, I think he stands out in London, although certainly not because of the print (there are far too many print designers in London) but because his collections are always quite chic. This collection had a mix of winners and losers, the message being “we are still ladylike, but we are making the colours paler then adding lots of lace and snakeskin.” This is all good, except I am finding it boring to look at this season after season. Maybe it is because it IS getting boring, or maybe because fashion week fatigue is starting to set in.
