This was a rather unsurprising Givenchy collection, given that it pretty much showed a bunch of clothes that both suit the brand and are somewhat interesting, yet not groundbreaking. I didn’t like the clunky double-breasted jackets and the fact that many dresses were missing a sleeve, but otherwise those slick outfits sent down the runway were quite desirable. I’m not writing home about this, but I’m liking this modern sexiness a lot.
