It was close to impossible to do a show worse than Louis Vuitton‘s fall winter 2012 disaster, so it comes as no surprise that this was a vast improvement. But I am still convinced that 99.9999999% of Louis Vuitton’s business is NOT clothing. While there were a few nice pieces here, it does not live up to the reputation of this amazing brand and is nothing to get excited about (unless you are doing checkerboard editorial shoots for an SS13 magazine issue.) But I must congratulate Marc Jacobs on his runway format. Note to Chanel, Armani, and Dolce & Gabbana, if you insist on putting 60+ looks down your catwalk, send them down two at a time. It is more efficient and pleasant for all.
I love…
I loathe…
