Narciso Rodriguez Fall Winter 2013

It’s no secret I am a huge fan of Narciso Rodriguez because he can always be trusted to do slick, slim tailoring, and simple, sexy dresses. I like when a brand creates a strong identity, and sticks to it, even if it isn’t always on trend. That’s most likely the reason Narciso has had longevity as a brand, his clients know that he will always deliver.

I love…

a sexy top, perfect slim trousers, and an interesting mix of colours.

the kind of dress you’d feel relaxed wearing.

his ultra-thin spaghetti straps and the way he can make a train look modern.

I loathe…

a giant peplum that makes the model look pregnant.

Yet the peplum top is a great idea for maternity wear :)

you never know what he meant with the huge peplum :) maybe, it is meant to be worn by pregnant women, as AnaO suggested :D

Either you have it tailored to fit yourfigure, r it’s the most difficult thing to wear in the world… I wish it would go out of trend already… Zara has t-shirts, jackets, knits… what’s the fuss about it really?
On the other hand, I’m in love with the first look

Narciso Rodriguez will probably be the last designer in the world to make maternity wear. But boy, it would be amazing if he did. I am sure a lot of women would be over the moon.
