It feels like nowadays fashion photoshoots are all about showing off brand’s clothes or the model/celebrity wearing them, rather than creating beautiful images. This shoot doesn’t feel like that at all. The shadows and shapes are striking and although some of the clothes are quite recognizable, it doesn’t feel like they are dominating the story. Funnily enough, this makes me want the clothing a lot more then when you have a model in a studio wearing head to toe of one brand. Anja Rubik by Mario Sorrenti for T Magazine.
