Love: Lego Food

Fabrice Fouillet, pretty pictures, lego, food
Since I am in Scandinavia – the land where Lego was born – I thought I would post these awesome lego food photos by Fabrice Fouillet, styled by Enrica Ponzellini. (It’s also an accessory shoot, but I’m more interested in the food. Yum.)

I’m guessing this was in Denmark(where Lego came from)? A friend of mine told me that they are either discontinuing or hardly selling basic lego sets–that children only want the sets with patterns. This saddens me since lego is all about imagination.

This friend originates from Denmark so I’m not sure if he heard it through the grape vine here or in Denmark.

I’m not sure, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I found a box of just plain lego pieces here at my husband’s summer house in Sweden and I was surprised: it all seems to be about Star Wars or Princesses or whatever. But never fear – they can always bring that stuff back if they want to. At least Lego isn’t in danger of going out of business anymore!
