Fausto Puglisi Spring Summer 2014

The Giorgio Armani show pictures have just been published but I can’t bring myself to review boring suits and iridescent fabrics, so I’m reviewing Fausto Puglisi instead. One editor described him as Carolina Herrera meets Guns’n’Roses, and I pretty much agree. It’s Italian fashion meets Miami meets 80’s rock concert, to the max. And it’s fun, fresh, and exciting, three adjectives I haven’t used for Armani in a long time.

I love…

leather biker jackets and big pouffy skirts, this is fun.

palm tree prints. Makes me long for hot weather. Sigh…

that this show feels Italian fashion meets Miami meets 80’s rock concert.

that there are a lot of cool dresses in this show.

You should definitely review Missoni, too! It was gorgeous. I think you’d agree.

Please review the dresses celebrities wore to the Emmys last night. I thought of you when I saw some of the disasters and I really could use a laugh this week (can’t we all?) so can you write a review? Pretty please? I know you will get it exactly right!

I was going to but there were so many other shows yesterday… maybe I will reconsider.

Haha, thanks Jill. The problem is, I don’t really know the stars at the Emmys because I hardly watch any TV and I kind of feel like it is pointless to critique their outfits when I don’t know what they are about. Sorry! But now I am curious, might check out the red carpet for a laugh…

Palm trees and rock n’ roll. Never thought they’d work together but that red/white palm tree print dress is amazing.
