Jason Wu Fall 2014

This was definitely not an exciting fashion show, but it was a great Jason Wu show. He started his career as a young, modern Oscar de la Renta, making ladylike clothing for a young generation of ladies who lunch. But then he tried to get a bit cool and sexy and I wasn’t too impressed. Anyway, he is back to doing what he does best, and while this wasn’t a groundbreaking show, this collection was all about classy, elegant dresses and beautiful fur jackets and it looked really nice.

I love…

Putting this here, did you see the work he did for Hugo Boss? It was quite hmm simple, nothing too freaky or inventive (well it’s his debut), but I thought there were some really pretty pieces in the collection. Although the sheer-with-some-not-sheer-patches dress has to go.
