Here is part 2 of my spring summer 2014 campaign reviews. Read part 1 here and part 3.
Juicy Couture with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Emily Donato. I loathe this brand with all my heart but these two girls look like the coolest girls ever right now.
Tom Ford with Esther Heesch shot by Tom Ford. Sexy woman, half naked men – this is what Tom Ford is ALL ABOUT.
Proenza Schouler with Charlotte Lindvig and Harleth Kuusik by David Sims. This is weird but interesting.
Miu Miu with Lupita Nyong’o by Inez and Vinoodh. You can always count on Miu Miu to use an interesting celebrity in their ads.
Fendi with Nadja Bender shot by Karl Lagerfeld. This is an awesome collection and the photos make me want it even more.
Dior with Stella Tennant shot by Willy Vandeperre. Beautiful.
Balenciaga with Daria Werbowy shot by Steven Klein. This looks awesome.
Alexander Wang with Anna Ewers shot by Steven Klein. How can Alexander Wang do so well with Balenciaga (above) and go so wrong with his own campaign?
Burberry shot by Mario Testino. I am so bored of the same ad over and over again. ENOUGH OF THE TRENCH COAT!
Gucci with Amanda Wellsh and Elisabeth Erm shot by Mert and Marcus. This looks like a photo from the Tom Ford days, and I’m not keen on that.
Loewe with Penelope Cruz shot by Mert and Marcus. BORING.
Chloe with Lou Doillon and Julia Stegner shot by Inez and Vinoodh. Lou Doillon isn’t pretty enough to be a model (it is only because she is the daughter of a famous person) and this photo is really nothing special.
Stella McCartney with Suvi Koponen shot by Mert and Marcus. This would be a really nice photo except I don’t understand why there are random bits of cherries and body parts around the edge.
